Hi,

We've created a new repository to discuss the design and evolution of
the build language and API. At the same time, we are renaming it from
Skylark to Starlark (sorry about this change - I hope it won't cause
too much trouble).

Yes. It will probably become https://github.com/google/starlark-go

I plan to host the Go package at that location, but clients will import it as "starlark.net/starlark". This will require that the web server at starlark.net includes the following element in its HTML header:

  <meta name="go-import" content="starlark.net git https://github.com/google/starlark-go"></meta>

If you let me know when it does that, I will do the renaming.
