Dear Bazel community,
The next Bazel release in August will be 3.5.0 and will be backwards compatible to our existing 3.x releases.
If you are the owner of an --incompatible flag and would like to flip it in the next major release, please let us know (reply to this email is fine) so that we can make sure it's on the list.
