Fwd: Bazel Rules Authors SIG wants to be hosted by Open Source Collective

FYI to everyone: I've signed us up for a convenient way to collect funds, which is commonly used in the frontend open source ecosystem. It has little overhead for us, it's a non-profit legal entity that companies can donate to, with a 10% fee, as you can see below. When/if we get some funders, we'll have to decide what work to sponsor (for example, the proto/grpc intro we discussed in the last meeting).

Helen and Keith, would you sign into open collective and make a user account so you can be admins of the group, resolving the request below? I'll have it mirror the admins on our GitHub org. Again if anyone else would like to be included (with the requisite amount of effort that implies) let us know.

Please just note that we require a collective to have at least two admins before we can approve an application. Please add at least one more member of your team to act as an admin and let us know once it is done.
