Tony confirms we can just announce a timeslot for talking SIG following BazelCon. He wrote:

Sure.  Just announce it early on the slack channel.
- Pick a time and meet channel
- make sure it is open to anyone
- you should have a description/agenda site in place first so you can point to that in your announcement.

We can work out details in our regular meeting tomorrow I think.
