stardoc_output.proto users

Hi all, I am interested in any projects or tools out there that are currently using Stardoc's proto output (https://github.com/bazelbuild/stardoc/blob/master/stardoc/proto/stardoc_output.proto a.k.a. https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/blob/master/src/main/java/com/google/devtools/build/skydoc/rendering/proto/stardoc_output.proto) - i.e. the output produced by `stardoc(..., format = "proto")`.

Specifically, as part of the new Stardoc work, we are changing the sortedness of the fields in the proto output, and I am wondering whether anyone is depending on it.
