During my build PR analysis is just fine, the scan is successful, but in Sonarqube master branch shows as not scanned:
"master" branch has not been analyzed yet and you have multiple branches already. It looks like it is not your Main Branch, check your configuration
When I use both: sonar.branch.name and sonar.pullrequest.branch
I get the error:

Go 'Tools' -> 'Options' -> tab 'Security' -> turn off the option 'Remember master password (in encrypted form) of a database while it is open'. Note that this will prevent the usage of certain features.

To clarify:
Keepass uses the Microsoft Data Protection API or DPAPI, which uses the users windows credentials to encrypt the memory.
like anything in cryptography it has its limits for example if we know the users windows password we can simply reverse the process and eventually decrypt the memory.
another issue is that all applications can use the DPAPI and gain access to the memory(in some way memory is seperated but with enough permissions it can be accessed as well).
I've stressed the issue of keeping the master password in plain text and Dominik did address that recently( Good job!)
Still keepass can be "weaken" as keepass still keeps the SHA2 hash of the masterpassword in memory which bypasses the KDF used to derive the final key used for encryption.(accepable as it is way beyond the attack scope for the software)
the point is that, it is not Keepass who failed to do its job its the DPAPI(as you can see chrome which uses the DPAPI as well was compromised)
if you execute a malicious malware it has hundreds of ways to compromise your passwords
During migration, the default master page should be set on all sites that are migrated. Doing this ensures that the site renders once the migration is complete as the content migration won't have a dependency on any custom master pages. If you have custom master pages assigned to sites, you'll need to set the Master Page property on the new site after the migration has completed.
Custom master page files (*.master) shouldn't be migrated to the new platform. The setting on the destination site will be set to the default master page. This process ensures the site will render after the migration.
Review the report and determine where you can move away from custom master pages before you migrate. Plan and understand what post migration work will be necessary to use the customized file moving forward.

We report on a novel method to produce B-scan images in spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT). The method proceeds in two steps. In the first step, using a mirror in the sample arm of the interferometer, channelled spectra are acquired for different values of the optical path difference (OPD) and stored as masks. In the second step, the mirror is replaced with an object and the captured channelled spectrum is correlated with each mask, providing the interference strength from the OPD value used to collect the respective mask. Such a procedure does not require data organized in equal frequency slots, and therefore there is no need for resampling as practiced in the conventional fast Fourier transform (FFT)-based SD-OCT technology. We show that the sensitivity drop-off versus OPD and the quality of B-scan images of the novel method are similar to those obtained in the conventional FFT-based SD-OCT, using spectral data linearly organized in frequency.
