to BayesMap software users

Please read this if you are a BayesMap client with an active subscription, or if you are currently using a demo license:

We are migrating to a new BayesMap license server.

If your license@client or password have changed, you should receive an email from us soon.

In any case, you need to add this to the option file or environment variables, and keep the lines with RLM as a fallback in case of problems during the transition:

BAYESMAPUSER = license@client

BAYESMAPPW = password

You have until May 10th, 2026 to complete this transition.
Please use the latest beta versions (StripAlign 2.28b and WavEx 2.0b, build 260415) during this period.

The RLM server will remain available as a fallback in case of issues during this transition period.

The new license server is located in Switzerland.

For US clients, we are setting up a US-hosted server. If needed, please contact us for details.
