using Bayesian Methods for interpolation

Hello dear all, I would like to know if anyone has some experience with bayesian interpolations. I have estimated population densities for a wild ungulate during spring of several years (2008,2009,2010,2011,2012,2014, 2016,2017), but one year is missing (2013) and I would like to try to interpolate the data. Any experience using Bayesian methods for this kind of analysis will be very helpful.
