It's going to be yet another hot one today, but your favorite farmers will be here with some of the freshest local produce, ice cold beverages, and even some new arrivals should you come spend part of your day with us.

Fresh off the truck last night, a good supply of delicious seeded red watermelon are now on display in the market. We still have plenty of the seedless sweet gems and striped seedless watermelon too.

We now have enough half-runners and sweet corn to offer bulk discounts on both ($38 for a half-bushel, and $7/dozen if you buy 8 dozen or more). Our cantaloupe from Georgia is so, so sweet and our South Carolina peaches (both yellow and white) are getting sweeter with each new shipment.

Newer items from our friends at Patchwork Gardens include leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and yellow squash. They are also keeping us fully stocked with the best in show tomatoes, green garlic, carrots, celery, and a bountiful spread of head lettuce.

As a reminder, all plants in pint-sized pots or smaller are now buy one, get one free.

See you at the Market!

Eric

It's looking like another beautiful day and a good time to stop by the Market for the freshest and sweetest tastes of summer.

We've still got lots of fresh watermelon, including some striped seeded melons and the sweet gems from Georgia. We have lots of large cantaloupe and the first of the season cantaloupes out of Ohio.

The peaches from S. Carolina are getting so juicy and sweet and so are the blackberries, New Jersey blueberries, and our limited supply of black raspberries.

We have plenty half-runner beans, both small and large pickling cucumbers, new white potatoes, and a limited supply of stringless green beans. We also have a limited supply of delicious bi-color sweet corn, grown right here in SW Ohio.

The good farmers at Patchwork Gardens have recently added some new items to the Market including cubanelle peppers, tomatillos, little gem romaine heads, and garlic that was just harvested from behind the Market.

See you soon!

Eric

The only thing more beautiful than the weather today, may be the spread of colorful, fresh produce at your favorite open air farm Market. It's going to be a great day to stop by and see all the bounty for yourself.

We finally just got our first shipment of yellow doll watermelons in. The wait is finally over! However, our supply is very limited so get here early!

We still have plenty of other melons from Georgia including extra large striped red seeded, large striped seedless, and those delicious seedless sweet gems. We also have some of the best cantaloupe of the season in various sizes.

We have both white and bi-color sweet corn that we are bringing in almost daily from near Lewisburg, Ohio. If you like your corn kernels young and tender, then these cobs are for you!

Peach season is still going strong and our South Carolina peaches - both white and yellow - are so good, we hardly have any seconds to offer.

We now have huge, colorful bell peppers. And from the hard-working farmers down the street at Patchwork Gardens, we have jumbo stuff banana peppers, beautiful eggplant, and the first pickings of roma tomatoes!

See you soon at the Market!

It's shaping up to be another beautiful day to stop by the Market to satisfy your cravings for delicious, fresh summer-time fruits and vegetables.

We still have lots of freestone yellow peaches from West Virginia and South Carolina and both varieties are about as juicy and sweet as peaches get this time of the year.

The same thing can be said for our Georgia cantaloup in both large and small sizes, and our mountains of watermelons - seedless black diamonds, striped seeded and striped seedless.

We have cherries from Michigan, blackberries from Circleville, Ohio, and blueberries from New Jersey.

Our mountains of freshly picked white and bicolor corn from Lewisburg, Ohio are piled high and ready for you!

From the hard-working crews just down the street at Patchwork Gardens, we now have new red potatoes, red and green cabbage, jumbo stuff sweet peppers, and roma tomatoes, all of which can be purchased by the box at a bulk discount.

It's a great weekend for fresh produce! Enjoy the bright yellow sun with bright yellow watermelon. Sugar cubes are in and perfect for a single serving snack! For larger crowds and appetites, we have a variety of seeded and seedless watermelons, and cantaloupes.

Sweet corn is available in bi-color or white. Cabbages in green or purple. And our tomatoes and peppers are available in every color but blue!

As always, fresh veggies and herbs grown on site will be available. Just look for the Patchwork Gardens label or "grown right here" written on the display. It doesn't get more local than that!

And we still have cherries, berries, and peaches, from Michigan, NJ, and West Virginia respectively. If you're puzzled by WV peaches, satisfy your curiosity with the small but succulent, sweet treats!

Enjoy the mild weather and delicious produce!
