Hi!

The program is awesome, but it has one annoying bug when it comes to
Unicode.

After a search has been made with Unicode characters in it, the next
one doesn't have Unicode support anymore. I have to restart the
program to make it work again.

Please describe *exactly* what you're doing?

Also, please tell me the version number from the HELP > What's New
screen.

thanks!

The version is 4.0.5.3 Beta, but the problem occurs with the last
stable too.

So, when I search for example with Google (or any MagicWord) and I
type these kind of characters (I live in Finland, widely used here):

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ä
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ö

Causes the next search to be "non-Unicode", so if I search something
again and the search has those characters, they show as ; or '

If I restart the program, they'll start working again, but only for
that one search.

I'm on 4.0.5.2, and for me the norwegian letters æ, ø and å work like a charm... No matter how many times I search...

Please explain what exactly you mean when you say "search for example
with Google"?

Are you using the Google MagicWord? Does it look exactly like this:
MagicWord: GOOGLE
Filename: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=$W$
Path:
Parameters:
Notes: Search two billion web pages

Which web browser are you using?

thanks,
Eric

After a long search, I found the problem. It isn't in SlickRun.

I had Finnish as the default language in Windows Regional settings and
English as the secondary option.

This was the place:

Apparently it changed itself to English at certain times (maybe a bug
in Windows), so the Finnish characters didn't work.

So, I removed English from the settings completely and just left
Finnish as the default, everything works now! =)

Sorry for the inconvenience...
