Happy St. Patrick's Day (one day early).
We received our position in the parade. The Bay County GOP is 46th in the lineup. If memory serves me correctly, we'll line up on Center Avenue, most likely between Green and Livingston Avenues.
I know this is an off-election year, but no campaign materials of any sort are allowed in the parade, however festive St. Patrick's Day garb is more than welcome and quite encouraged.
Chris Rupp has put together a frame for our banner (thank you again) and we'll have that as well as his truck. Whitney Hayward bought bottled water for us to have. I must also advise you that the weather forecast is mostly cloudy and 43 degrees. There is a 20% chance of rain. Knowing Michigan, that forecast will change by the day (consider that two days ago, the forecast was a 70% chance of rain).
