SAN LEANDRO PLAYERS PRESENT:  "Thunder Rock" by Robert Ardrey; directed by Daniel Dickinson.

 

If ever there was a play for our times, this is the play, and this is the time.  On the eve of WWII, a man seeks solace in a Lake Michigan lighthouse as he flees the world and its problems.  When all looks darkest, a collection of ghostly figures help him find the strength and courage to rejoin the world of the living.  This play's determined message is uniquely relevant for today.

Saturdays at 8pm; Sundays at 2pm PLUS Fridays at 8pm November 14 and November 21.  At the San Leandro Museum/Auditorium 320 W Estudillo Ave, San Leandro, 2 blocks east of the San Leandro BART Station and next to the historic Casa Peralta. Wheelchair accessible.
