Hi, Bummers! After years of waiting (#ThanksCovid), we are THRILLED to open the beautiful musical "Fun Home" at City Lights Theater Company in San Jose. We know times are tough, so we encourage you to take advantage of our Pay What You Can preview performance this Thursday at 8 p.m. There's also a lower-priced Friday preview at 8. 

"Fun Home" has music by Jeanine Tesori and book & lyrics by Lisa Kron, and is based on the powerful, funny, poignant graphic memoir by pioneering lesbian cartoonist Alison Bechdel. Performances are July 14-August 21; tickets & info at cltc.org/fun-home.

From July 14 through August 21, City Lights proudly presents "Fun Home." Based on the graphic novel by Alison Bechdel, the musical moves between past and present to relive Alison's unique childhood playing at the family's funeral home, her growing understanding of her own sexuality, and the looming questions about her father's hidden desires.
