ADULT AUDITIONS BY APPOINTMENT: Sunday, October 5th, 10 am – 7 pm
YOUTH AUDITIONS BY APPOINTMENT: Monday, October 6th, 4 pm – 6 pm
Location (auditions, callbacks and rehearsals): Lucie Stern Theater, 1305 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto, CA
Rehearsal Dates/Times: Planned but not confirmed Mondays-Thursdays 6:30-9:30 pm, & Saturdays (Exact timeframe TBD), beginning late February 2026.
Performance Dates/Times: April 24 – May 10, 2026
Fridays and Saturdays 7:30 pm curtain, Saturdays and Sundays 2 pm curtain (Saturdays are 2 show days, except opening Saturday). Likely added performances Thursdays (4/30 & 5/7) 7 pm curtain. Possible additional added performances Wednesdays (4/29 & 5/6) 7 pm curtain. Student matinee Wednesday 4/29 11 am curtain.
BE AWARE!: Tech and performance conflicts are not acceptable. (Tech Q2Q weekend will be 4/18 & 4/19, with 4/21-4/23 as Tech Dress Rehearsals)
Casting Details: All roles are non-AEA and volunteer. Per diem offered to Adult Actors to offset expenses.
Casting Commitment: As part of our commitment to become a more IDEAL community theatre (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Liberation), Palo Alto Players is looking for strong representation of BIPOC artists and artists of other underrepresented identities in our productions.
