Danville, CA — September 2025 — Tri-Valley Theatre Company is thrilled to bring the smash hit comedy PUFFS (Two Act Edition) or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic by Matt Cox to the Danville Village Theatre this fall. Performances run Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, October 3–12, 2025.

Tickets and information are available now at www.trivalleytheatre.org/puffs.

This fast-paced, clever comedy is for anyone who has never been the HERO of the story! For seven years, a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs—a group of well-meaning underdogs who just happened to be there too. With quick wit, irreverent humor, and a whole lot of heart, Puffs is a hilarious tale for those who always wondered what life was like in the margins of the castle.

Content Advisory

The two-act version of Puffs is recommended for ages 13+. Audiences can expect cheeky language (like f** and s**t), silly battle scenes with comic “deaths,” and irreverent humor exploring friendship, loss, and the ups and downs of teen life. The show also includes moments of teen sexual awakening, including a playful snogging scene and a humorous wizard “sex-ed” class that uses basic anatomical terms.
