StarStruck Theatre in Fremont, CA is seeking a talented, positive, and passionate Teaching Artist who loves working with the youngest budding performers (ages 5y-9y old) for our upcoming Fall classes (September-November).
About the Position
The ideal candidate:
Loves musical theatre and working with children
Is a fantastic leader, communicator, and team player
Contributes to both weekly and daily schedules for their team
Has a strong background in singing and musical theatre dance, with the ability to create and teach choreography, scene work, and theatre games
Has at least one year of experience teaching musical theater classes and/or camps for ages 5-9y, with a keen interest in working with children
Time Commitment:
Classes meet 1x/week for 8-12 weeks. Most classes start as early as 3:45pm and end by 6:15pm

StarStruck Office/Studios, Fremont, CA
Employment Type:
Contract/Part-Time, with opportunity to extend past August
Compensation:
$30-50 hour depending on experience
