Prince of Egypt: The Musical: In Concert
Hiring:
Stage Manager – Compensation $19/hr
Important Dates:
As a general rule, rehearsals are Sunday through Thursday evenings, with some Saturdays as well. You will not be called to every rehearsal, and we will not rehearse all seven days of the week.
• Sundays 6pm–10pm
• Monday–Thursday 7pm–10pm
• Tech Week 6pm–11pm
• Saturdays 12pm–4pm
Rehearsals: Various dates in November/December. Please note that rehearsals will be scheduled based on cast availability. There will be no rehearsals November 23–29, December 18–28, or December 31–January 2. Rehearsals will become more frequent in January, and some may take place via Zoom.
Tech: 1/17/26–1/23/26
Performances: 1/23 (Evening), 1/24 (Matinee & Evening), 1/25 (Matinee)
Strike: 1/25/26 (after final performance)

Production Manager
Job Title: Production Manager
Organization: Sunnyvale Community Players
Compensation: $1,000–1,500 per production (depending on experience), 5 productions per season
Season Schedule:
• July–September
• September–November
• November–January
• January–March
• March–May
Position Overview:
The Production Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of production logistics for SCP’s season. This role ensures smooth communication between artistic and technical departments, oversees administrative processes such as contracts and payroll, and provides key support during rehearsals and performances. The Production Manager reports directly to the Artistic Director and plays a central role in keeping each production on track, on budget, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts, payroll, and reimbursements for cast, crew, and designers.
• Schedule and lead production meetings; serve as the main communication link between the Artistic Director, creative teams, and technical staff.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, maintain production calendars, and provide hands-on support during tech and dress rehearsals.
• Track expenses, ensure safety and compliance with SCP policies, and maintain organized production records.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in theatre production management, stage management, or related fields
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs
• Familiarity with budgeting, payroll, and contract processes preferred
• Passion for live theatre and supporting a collaborative artistic environment
Compensation:
This is a stipend-based role at $1,000–1,500 per production. Each season includes 5 productions.
