As actors we need to stay sharp and on top of our acting craft while not letting our positivity and self-esteem get diminished through the harshness of our industry. Take back your joy and passion and let it reinvigorate and fill you up as an artist.
WAW is a weekly actor’s workout that is hosted by a working actor. Each week we will work on our acting chops, creativity, and presence through the joy of theatre games and exercises meant to stretch the working artist. By saying YES to this 2-hour class you will notice greater agility in the audition room, increased confidence in the choices you make, and higher degree of play in your life. Meetup at the Moment for a fun, freeing and friendly 2 hour session Wednesday nights. This drop-in improv class is open to everyone regardless of experience level and will be led by an experienced, high-energy instructor able to meet each student where they're at in terms of skill and comfort level.
This drop-in class is the perfect way to break up the monotony of the work week and meet new people. We welcome people from all walks of life for this fun, inclusive and community-driven get-together.
