All performances will take place at the Lohman Theatre on the campus of Foothill College. *Wednesday performances will be decided once rehearsals begin.
All roles are open. Those 18+ are encouraged to audition. FMT is a volunteer organization, not-for-pay, with a possible small stipend for travel available. FMT actively supports DEI in all productions, and is seeking a diverse pool of performers for this feel-good smash hit!
How to Audition
Step 1: CLICK HERE and claim your audition slot.
Step 2: Once claimed, submit headshot + acting resume to Milissa Carey (Director) via email HERE (careym...@fhda.edu)
Step 3: When submitting, be sure to list all role(s) auditioning for:
- Will you accept any role if cast?
- All roles will have understudies cast from the ensemble. Please share if you are interested in being considered for ensemble/understudy tracks.
Callbacks will be by appointment only Sept. 20, 22, 23 & 24. Some roles may be cast from initial auditions.
What to Bring + Expect
Please prepare a song in the style of the show. Be prepared to read from the script. Please bring clearly marked sheet music in your key, an accompanist will be provided. If you're unable to attend in-person auditions, online video submissions are welcome and can be sent directly to Milissa no later than 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals begin Mon., Jan. 4 and will include three weekday evenings, with Sat. and Sun. afternoons and an expanded tech schedule. All rehearsals will be held at the Lohman Theatre on the campus of Foothill College in Los Altos Hills. Please note: Not all cast will be called for all rehearsals.
About the Show
