WHAT: BROADWAY BY THE DECADE – The Musicals of the 1930s
WHEN: Sunday, September 27, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.
WHERE: Saratoga Civic Theatre, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, CA
South Bay Musical Theatre (SBMT) presents an annual concert event called BROADWAY BY THE DECADE. Each year, a certain decade is selected and musical numbers from the Broadway musicals of that decade are presented by alumni of past SBMT shows. So far, the decades represented have been the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, and this year will be the 1930s!
This year’s cast is, as always, terrific and includes: Nicholas Adams, Stephane Alwyn, Afton Bolz, Kevin Cornelius, James Creer, Morgan Daley, Karen DeHart, Adrien Gleason, Carly Honfi, Walter Mayes, Elizabeth McClelland, Rachel Michelberg, Corey Miller, Diane Milo, David Mister, Glenna Murillo, Nick Nakashima, Brian Palac, Jocelyn Pickett, Barbara Reynolds, Tim Reynolds, Mike Rhone, Sheila Savage, Gary Stanford, Katherine Stein, Molly Thornton, Christine Wait, Paula Warren, and Rebecca Lipon Weekly. With Jay Steele, host and Brad Handshy, musical director/pianist.
