OrSVP 2027 Submissions

The Orinda Starlight Village Players are now accepting play submissions to be considered for their 44th season in 2027!  OrSVP produces three plays each summer at the Orinda Community Park Amphitheatre in Orinda.  They are accepting submissions in three categories - Director Submissions (a director submits a play they want to direct), Playwright Submissions (a playwright submits a play they have written or adapted) and General Submissions (you would love to see OrSVP produce a certain play).  Community members can submit up to two plays for consideration and the deadline for submissions is June 30th at midnight.

After the submission period OrSVP’s Executive Committee will review them and conduct interviews etc as they move through the selection process.  A final decision will be made by September.  Submissions must be made through the OrSVP website and must be accompanied by a pdf of the script to be considered.
