Pinole Community Players (PCP) Announces Auditions for our 1st Ever Improv Comedy Show

Show Description:

Do you enjoy laugh-out-loud comedy? Come see our August Improv Comedy show! with Pinole Community Players (PCP). Audiences will get to see two teams compete in various improvisational theater games that are audience interactive and where actors will create scenes and characters on the spot. The audience will get to assist the performers in this wild, fun-filled comedy adventure that utilizes creativity, props, prompts and audience participation to create an unforgettable experience. Fans of the tv show, "Who's Line Is It Anyway?" will appreciate the similar themes and creative concepts involved with the unpredictable art of improv comedy! Audiences will also get to enjoy music provided by PCP guest singers.

The audition is on Wednesday, 7/22/26 with two audition time slots to sign up for: 

• (A) 7:30-8:30 pm
• (B) 8:30-9:30 pm

Auditions, rehearsals and performances will take place at the Community Playhouse, 601 Tennent Avenue, Pinole, CA 94564.

Rehearsals are 7/28......8/5......and 8/6....all at 7:30 pm at the theater. 

Show dates are 8/7 at 7:30 pm...8/8 at 7:30 pm....and 8/9 at 2:00 pm. 

The auditions will be conducted at the theater (601 Tennent Ave) and will involve playing various improv games (with and without props) that will be explained further at the audition. Thank you!
