Hi Aaron, 

Great that you’re organizing BAPG this fall! 

If the sign ups are not diverse enough (no industry folks? too few women? only white people?) I’d wanna encourage you to actively encourage people to submit an abstract. 

The people from Ancestry and 23&me often don’t sign up and then it’s too late for them to get a talk.
