Dear colleagues,

Dr Krissy Mahan from Sandia National Laboratories, recently came to the BAPG meeting at Stanford and she is looking for a collaborator. I pasted her message below. If you are interested, please contact her directly through kmm...@sandia.gov

Best,
Pleuni

I’m looking for a collaborator who can help with a GWAS on some algae variants. Strains with improved phenotypes have been sequenced and variants have been identified. Also looking for different population genetics tools to use on all the data. Let me know if anybody is interested in getting more details about the project.

Best,

Krissy
