Congressman Ro Khanna's HR 246 Vote

Dear Friends,

We worked to get him elected believing he was progressive, now, he’s gone AIPAC despite his claim that’s he’s progressive. We’re writing to Rep. Ro Khanna rokh...@gmail.com to hold him accountable. Please write to him and ask others that you trust to write as well. We need as many folks to write him. Some talking points:

 

1. He voted for H.R. 246, anti-BDS AIPAC bill. By voting for it he’s shielding Netanyahu’s rightwing apartheid government from criticism for war crimes. 
2. Progressive Jewish organizations condemned his vote on H.R. 246

for standing on the side of the oppressor and criminalizing a peaceful tool -- BDS.

3. While voting to protect Israel from criticism, Israel was demolishing Palestinian homes in Palestinian controlled areas.
4. Congressman Khanna refuses to endorse Congresswoman Betty McCollum’s bill, H.R. 2407.
5. Congressman Khanna refuses to support Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's bill H.R. 496.

 

We elected him to represent our values and not those of rightwing AIPAC and Israel lobby agenda. It is our responsibility to hold him accountable.  I encourage you to write him, especially if you are one of his constituents.
