Men,

 

Our shin-dig is a little over two weeks away and the RSVP numbers aren’t quite where I’d like them to be right now.  I’d like to ask your help in promoting our event to ensure fairly good attendance numbers.  Here is what we’ve done and are doing to promote the event:

 

·         Hard copy of invitation to nearly 1,200 folks in SF area without email addresses mailed 5/10/2010

·         Email invitation to nearly 850 in SF area for those who HAVE email addresses (invite on front page of UMAA website)

·         2^nd email invitation scheduled for this afternoon 5/25/2010

·         Posted on Linked-In week of 5/10/2010 by colleague, Crystal Wood

·         Notice on Facebook to be posted 5/25/2010

·         3^rd email invitation scheduled for June 4

 

If you all wouldn’t mind helping our office to promote this event – I’d be grateful.  Phone calls, emails, etc . . . . . . I’ll leave it up to you.
