Well, everyone, seems like we have two more bayanime
meetings in the next couple weeks! Yep, you heard me. I hope our
turnouts will be as good as our first!
Tuesday, July 7th
- This wasn’t our bayanime group, but the people in the
#fanime IRC channel decided to explore SF this 7th, which includes
trips to places like Westfield, Japantown, Haight, Golden Gate Park,
etc. The more, the merrier, so show if you can! We’ll be meeting at
Powell BART, at 10am. If you have any trouble finding us, come late,
etc., call me (Chris) at 717-8209. We’ll be busy all day, ending with
dinner, so even if you can’t make it at the start, check if you can
meet up with us sometime throughout the day.
Also, I know our IRC
channel is pretty dead, but #fanime is pretty active, and it’s all
people around the bay area who, well, went to fanime, so feel free to
join in sometime =].

On the 11th, a bunch of us will be meeting at Fillmore
Karaoke at 6pm. It should be great fun, so be sure to show up! Some of
us will be meeting in Japantown at 5 to get snacks, etc ^_^. Again,

Also, this isn’t anime-related, but a group of my
friends will be going to the SF Academy of Sciences earlier
that afternoon. If anyone is interested in tagging along, get in touch
