Guidelines:
Group Study Rooms are designed for groups and teams, not for individual study. Students may have future reservations totaling 90 minutes. Generally, you can reserve a room at any time up to seven (7) days in advance.

Guidelines for Group Study Room users:

  • All questions about room ownership at any time can be answered by SPIKE. Log onto the workstation in the Group Study Room and bring up SPIKE. In the upper left-hand corner of SPIKE, the GSR On-Demand module will display the name of the student who holds the current reservation. If this is not you, you must relinquish the room to the proper reservation holder.
  • Students are responsible for their own personal belongings.
  • Windows and doors are not to be covered over with paper or other materials.
  • Students will be held accountable for the condition of the room and equipment. Usage will be monitored. The respective Student Affairs Office will assist in applying restrictions due to abuse.
  • Any problems with gaining access to a room or the condition of room can be reported via email.
