yep.  I guess we'll figure out speaking parts for the final presentation at tomorrow's meeting.  It might be helpful and make things more efficient tomorrow if everyone clicks through the presentation tonight and identifies the total set of slides you'd be comfortable speaking to (even if you didn't build it), so that we'll be able to cull together contigous portions of the presentation for all who want to speak.

This presentation is looking nice!

A few ideas:
  • Put slide 14 "under-differentiated" into the background section
  • Move slide 15 "customers" to follow after the financial model
  • Group the slides for talking as follows
  1. Intro: 1,2,3
  2. Background: 5,6,7,8,14
  3. Research on Effectiveness: 10,11,12,13
  4. Finance: 16,17,18
  5. Customer/Operations: 15,19
  6. Legal/Conclusion: 20,21,22

Here's the FAP reflection paper draft.  It'll need another writer after we give the presentation, and then at least one set of editing eyes before we turn it in (probably more--it's more narrative than expository as written now).  It's a little on the short side at the moment, so whomever picks it up next would benefit greatly by input from the rest of the team.  Andy G. said he'd pick it up Friday morning, and I think Vivek said Sunday night; who can spend an hour on it Thursday afternoon?
