但不幸的是，台灣現任總統蔡英文卻在博士論文和學位上出現造假爭議。這個事件至今爆發兩年多，已有幾百篇文章、八百多個專題YouTube評論，更有數不清的電視電台等媒體報導，質疑蔡英文的欺騙撒謊。
在西方知名大學獲得博士學位，應是一個人的學術成就與驕傲；但蔡英文卻被查出，從沒向大學遞交博士論文，倫敦政經學院圖書館最初給美國的林環牆教授的兩次問詢回覆，都明確說：我們從來沒有收到過蔡英文的博士論文，我們怎麼花力氣，哪裡都查不到蔡英文遞交博士論文的記錄。
沒有論文就沒有博士，這是簡單的邏輯常識！
後來蔡英文在台北展出的博士論文，竟然是一張張的單頁草稿，上面有隨處可見的白色塗改液痕跡。全世界任何遞交給學校收藏的博士論文都不會是單張的，更不會上面有很多塗改液。在輿論批評下，在距蔡英文自稱的從倫敦政經學院「獲得」博士35年之後的2019年，她才向政經學院「補交」了博士論文。即使這次「論文」被接受，也證明她過去35年沒有論文，而沒有論文就是沒有博士學位！
蔡英文當年沒有遞交博士論文，她的「博士學位證書」也是「補發」的。全世界讀過博士的，恐怕找不出第二個人，博士論文「丟」了，博士證書也「不見」了。在沒有地震、火災等突然災難下，突然發生「雙丟失」，這種大概率幾乎是零。而且蔡英文博士證書補發了兩次。一個人的證書多次丟失，更是罕見到可進入世界吉尼斯記錄！
而蔡英文自稱的博士論文指導教授Michael J. Elliott，在蔡英文當選民進黨主席，甚至當選台灣總統後，都沒有說一句祝賀的話。全世界有幾個教授，自己的學生能當上一個國家的總統？如果他真的是「指導教授」，一定會感到驕傲，當然會祝賀。僅從這點，就可推斷出，這個所謂的指導教授，可能是假的！
而且這位所謂「指導教授」還曾訪問過台灣，那時蔡英文剛卸任「陸委會」主委，屬於政府部長級閣員，這位指導教授按常識常理，應該與「親灸弟子」蔡英文「聯絡」互動。但這都沒有發生，就像這位「指導教授」根本不認識蔡英文一樣。
而且這位所謂指導教授（他曾是時代週刊編輯）還去採訪了陳水扁總統，如果他是蔡英文主委的「指導教授」，怎麼也會提到「總統的屬下是我當年在倫敦政經學院的學生」。但這一切也沒有發生。這只能證明：這個所謂指導教授很可能是蔡英文（在這位教授去世後）編造的。
任何人獲得博士學位，都要經過論文答辯，都要有「口試評審委員」。蔡英文至今拒絕提供「口試委員」名字。倫敦政經學院也以「個人隱私」等荒唐理由推諉搪塞。現在全球民主國家，連任何重大案件的當審法官名字，都是公開資訊，既不是秘密更不可能當作隱私隱瞞，為什麼蔡英文的博士論文答辯委員的名字成為秘密？常識推斷，就是沒有！
該案打到英國法院，幾經審理，最後在法官要求下，倫敦政經學院被迫承認，他們沒有蔡英文論文口試委員的名字和評審報告。沒有博士論文，就沒有博士；沒有口試委員和評審報告，更證明沒有博士學位。單頁的論文、兩次補發博士證書，沒有論文口試委員名字和評審報告等，這些都證明，蔡英文根本就沒有獲得「博士學位」！
有人會說，倫敦政經學院為什麼不出來證明，從來沒正式向蔡英文頒發過博士學位？為什麼政經學院偏袒蔡英文？答案可能與這個學院的醜聞有關：倫敦政經學院早就有給「有權有勢者」提供假學位的歷史：利比亞獨裁者格達費的兒子當年就是向倫敦政經學院提供幾百萬英鎊捐助而獲得「博士學位」的。倫敦政經學院甚至用阿拉伯聯合酋長國獨裁者的名字命名該學院教學和劇院大樓，因為獲得了其大量資金，此舉被英國《衛報》專欄作家Simon Jenkins痛斥為了金錢而不顧尊嚴與常識，「政經學院是向政府和商界出售自己的靈魂」。
那麼蔡英文的所謂「博士」是不是這樣用金錢運作出來的？從已查到的資訊，在倫敦政經學院為蔡英文論文事件找人說情的施芳瓏女士，一次就獲得從台灣匯入的48萬英鎊，指明是給她的，而且捐款人匿名。這筆款項被質疑可能來自蔡英文家族，或台灣外交部等機構。
蔡英文的父親蔡潔生是台灣知名大富豪，家族非常富有。這從他的墓地之大就可看出。台灣有規定，墓地不得超過8平方米，但蔡潔生的墓地超標200多倍！ 不是一般的富有。如果蔡英文真獲得了倫敦政經學院的博士學位，作為她父親最疼愛的么女，按常理，富豪父親應該會率全家到倫敦參加女兒的畢業典禮，共享風光時刻。而且也會在台北大擺宴席，大宴賓客，彰顯女兒學業有成、父母教子有方、臉上有光。八十年代的台灣，女生在英美大學獲博士學位的應是不多。但這一切都沒有發生！
蔡英文的自傳說，她當時失魂落魄地在外國遊走、不回台灣，她的富豪父親打電話勸她回家。如果真的獲得博士學位，高興還來不及，怎會情緒低落地在外國遊走、不回台？應該是立即啟程，回家與富豪父親和母親等共享榮譽啊！這一切都沒有發生，只能證明，蔡英文沒有拿到博士學位！
而且至今蔡英文無法提供一張（哪怕是一張）戴博士帽、穿博士袍的照片，也沒有任何畢業典禮照，更沒有任何同學名字和合影等。
沒有博士論文，沒有指導教授，沒有口試委員，沒有博士證書（後來補發），沒有畢業典禮照，沒有博士帽，沒有家人參加畢業典禮或任何慶賀活動，這個所謂「博士」怎麼來的，就像陳水扁前總統說的，「用膝蓋想，都能知道」。
有沒有博士，有沒有學歷，都不是當總統的條件。但是，有沒有誠信，是不是欺詐，卻是當總統和任何公職人員的首先要求。一個人用「假博士」欺騙學界（拿到教職）、欺騙黨員（獲得黨主席高位）、欺騙選民（進入總統府），在台灣這樣一個追求以誠信立國的社會是不能容忍的。
而且蔡英文在台灣的教授升等資訊，被封存到2049年12月31日，也就是蔡英文93歲時才解封。教授升等的資訊，為什麼要封存？因為它可以證明，蔡英文當年沒有博士學位！蔡英文利用總統大權，在封存「真實」、封鎖「真相」！僅僅是這個封存行為，就足以證明蔡英文心裡有鬼，有暗箱！

The library of the London School of Economics and Political Science first gave it to Professor Lin Huanqiang in the United States twice. The reply to the inquiry stated clearly: We have never received Tsai Ing-wen's doctoral dissertation . No matter how hard we put in our efforts, there is no record of Tsai Ing-wen's submission of the doctoral dissertation.
There is no PhD without a thesis. This is simple logical common sense!
Later, Tsai Ing-wen’s doctoral dissertations exhibited in Taipei turned out to be single-page drafts with traces of white correction fluid everywhere. Any doctoral dissertation submitted to school collections in the world will not be a single sheet, and there will not be a lot of correction fluid on it. Under public criticism, in 2019, 35 years after Tsai Ing-wen’s self-proclaimed “obtained” a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science, she "re-submitted" her doctoral dissertation to the School of Economics and Political Science. Even if the "thesis" is accepted this time, it proves that she has not had a thesis in the past 35 years, and no thesis means no doctorate!
Tsai Ing-wen did not submit a doctoral dissertation that year, and her "doctorate certificate" was also "reissued." I am afraid that there is no second person who has read a doctorate in the world. Tsai Ing-wen’s self-proclaimed doctoral dissertation advisor, Michael J. Elliott, did not say a word of congratulations after Tsai Ing-wen became the chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party and even the president of Taiwan. How many professors are there in the world, can their students become the president of a country? If he is really a "professor", he will be proud and of course congratulate him. From this point alone, it can be inferred that this so-called advisory professor may be fake!
Moreover, this so-called "advising professor" has also visited Taiwan. At that time, Tsai Ing-wen had just stepped down as the chairman of the "Mainland Council" and belonged to the ministerial cabinet of the government. According to common sense, this instructor should be with "pro-moxibustion disciple" Cai English "contact" interaction. But this did not happen, just as the "advising professor" did not know Tsai Ing-wen at all.
Moreover, this so-called advisory professor (he used to be the editor of Time Magazine) also went to interview President Chen Shui-bian. The case was brought to a British court and heard several times. Finally, at the request of the judge, the London School of Economics was forced to admit that they did not have the name of the Tsai Ing-wen’s oral examination committee member and the review report. Without a doctoral dissertation, there would be no doctoral degree; there would be no oral examination committee and review report, which proves that there is no doctoral degree. The single-page dissertation, two reissues of the doctoral certificate, the absence of the name of the dissertation oral examination committee member and the review report, etc., all prove that Tsai Ing-wen has not obtained a "doctorate" at all!
Some people would say, why didn't the London School of Economics and Economics provide proof that it has never officially awarded Tsai Ing-wen a doctorate? Why does the School of Political Economy favor Tsai Ing-wen? The answer may be related to the scandal of this college: the London School of Economics has a long history of providing fake degrees to the "powerful": the son of the Libyan dictator Kadafei gave several million pounds to the London School of Economics. And got a "doctorate degree." The London School of Economics and Political Science even named the school’s teaching and theatre building after the dictator of the UAE. So is Tsai Ing-wen's so-called "doctor" operated like this with money? From the information that has been found, Ms. Shi Fanglong, who asked someone to intercede for the Tsai Ing-wen’s essay incident at the London School of Political Science and Economics, received a remittance of 480,000 pounds from Taiwan, indicating that it was for her, and the donor was anonymous. The funds questioned may come from Tsai Ing-wen’s family, or Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other institutions.
Tsai Ing-wen’s father, Cai Jiesheng, is a well-known Taiwanese rich man and his family is very rich. This can be seen from the size of his cemetery. Taiwan has regulations that the cemetery cannot exceed 8 square meters, but Cai Jiesheng’s cemetery exceeds the standard by more than 200 times! Not ordinary rich. If Tsai Ing-wen really got a doctorate from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as her father's most beloved daughter, according to common sense, the rich father should lead his family to London to attend his daughter's graduation ceremony and share the glorious moment. And there will be a big banquet in Taipei, a big banquet for the guests, showing that the daughter is academically successful, the parents are good at teaching their children, and their faces are bright. In Taiwan in the 1980s, not many female students received doctoral degrees from Anglo-American universities. But none of this happened!
According to Tsai Ing-wen's own legend, she was wandering abroad in despair and would not return to Taiwan, and her wealthy father called to persuade her to go home. If you really get a Ph.D. and it’s too late to be happy, how can you walk abroad in a low mood and not return to Taiwan? Should set off immediately, go home and share the honor with rich fathers and mothers! None of this happened, it can only prove that Tsai Ing-wen did not get a PhD!
And so far, Tsai Ing-wen cannot provide a photo (even if it is one) wearing a doctor's cap or gown, nor any graduation ceremony photos, nor any classmates' names or group photos.
There is no doctoral dissertation, no supervisor, no oral examination committee, no doctoral certificate (reissued later), no graduation ceremony photos, no doctoral caps, no family members to participate in the graduation ceremony or any celebration activities. How did this so-called "doctorate" come from? As former President Chen Shui-bian said, "You can know if you think with your knees."
Whether to have a Ph.D. or academic qualifications is not a prerequisite for president. However, whether there is integrity and whether it is fraud is the first requirement of being a president and any public official. A person using "fake PhDs" to deceive academics (get a faculty position), deceive party members (get a high position as party chairman), and deceive voters (enter the presidential palace) is intolerable in a society like Taiwan that pursues building a country with integrity.
