I noticed this dictionary is the work of the Maryknoll Catholic Order well known the world order for their historical missionary work in developing countries. As a member of a long time Catholic family I've had the privilege if interactiing with the priests and nuns who always were fluent in the local languages of the country they were doing missionary work. Thanks for this website which I will use regularly to figure out the romanized phonetic words and expressions. Incidentally I had the benefit and distinct pleasure of learning from Minjin when he taught us about the wonders of our native Taiwanese (hoklo) language recently in Sacramento. The FAPA Chapter members all "ate it up!" Thanks again Minjin who I discovered was a family acquaintance some 50 years ago. It is indeed a very small world!

I am going to develop a computer software which can recognize voice and document Taiwanese in Romanized phonetic words and expressions. Also when any readers reads this document online, it should be able to play back with the voice of his/her choice.
Please contact me if any of you are interested in developing this program together, and/or would like to invest.
