中華民國的教育, 只教育小孩要效忠領袖及祖國, 而不教育「邏輯」及「常識」.  換句話說, 中華民國教育下的孩子根本沒有 Common Sense! 而恐龍法官, 就是這樣誕生的.

連做愛是什麼回事都搞不清楚, 還以為保險套是用來吹汽球用的小女生法官, 能審判強姦案嗎? 目前一切以筆試及格為主, 卻完全沒有「邏輯」及「常識」 (Logic and Common Sense) 的法官充斥. 中華民國的法院之荒唐, 笑死人了 !
