譚慎格也錯誤連篇開羅宣言

 

 

今天自由時報刊出，譚慎格的「星期專論》習主席的對日抗戰勝利」說：［1943年12月1日美、英、中三方共同發表的《開羅公報（宣言）》（Cairo Communiqué）中，同意日本「所竊取於中國之領土」（包括「福爾摩沙（台灣）」與「滿洲（東北四省）」），應該「歸還中華民國」］。https://news.ltn.com.tw/news/politics/paper/1724984

 

很多美國人也這樣說，但短短幾行字就錯了兩個地方。好在，這次AIT及國務院不跟著糊塗，而是大聲說：開羅宣言沒有決定台灣的政治地位，曾在國務院上班的譚慎格，錯誤如下：

 

1 美、英、中並未共同發表《開羅公報（宣言）》。美、英同時發表，但中國慢了12小時，經董顯光催促才發表（見附件1）

 

2. 《開羅公報（宣言）》註明，［日本「所竊取於中國之領土」（包括「福爾摩沙（台灣）」與「滿洲（東北四省）」），應該「歸還中華民國」］這件事，只是他們的議題（Purpose），不是決議（Common Purpose），中國保存的開羅會議記錄寫得很清楚。譚慎格說他「翻閱過1943年11月開羅「六分儀會議」（Sextant Conference）的美國紀錄」，兩個記錄差太多。

 

而且美國國務院很明確的說，美國沒有羅斯福和蔣介石的記錄，1956年時上述的董顯光剛好是駐美大使，提供資料給美國，我看過了，偽造歷史欺騙美國，而許多美國人信以為真，台灣人自己也不研究，才這麼淒慘。

No official American record of the substance of this conversation has been found and apparently none was prepared. In response to an inquiry from the editors in 1956, the Chinese Ambassador at Washington (Dr. Hollington Tong) ascertained that the Chinese Government had in its files a summary record of this conversation in the Chinese language. The Chinese Government kindly prepared an English translation and granted permission for its publication in this volume (023.1/5/21/57). In view of the paucity of authoritative information respecting the Roosevelt–Chiang discussions at Cairo, the Chinese memorandum is reproduced below.

其實真正打贏日本的是美國，Barbara Tuchman 在她所著的「史迪威與美國在華之經驗」(Stillwell and American Experiences in China ，該書在出版的那年拿了美國普利澤新聞獎) 書中清楚說，蔣介石 (David Chou 稱他為蔣該死，可說很貼切) 是個很不會帶兵的人，周恩來說過：「我們最喜歡跟蔣介石親自帶兵打仗，每次都給我們許多戰利品。」

若不是美國出兵到中國跟日本打仗，中國早就亡國了。

習包子（有人稱他為習豬頭）更是吹牛不打草稿，中共根本不跟日本碰頭。
