OK, so the updated list is as follows:

9am - 1pm [includes set-up] : Bill Seiler official, Ken Snyder and "danman" unofficial

1pm - 5pm: Andy Giles and Callum Welsh

5pm - 9pm [includes end of day tasks]: Need a volunteer

Sun, May 19: Maker Faire is open from 10am - 6pm

9am - 1pm [includes set-up] : Bill Ruckman

12noon - 4pm: Ken Snyder

3pm - 7pm [includes end of Faire tasks]: Bill Seiler

We just need someone for closing on Saturday.

Remember, you do not have to be signed up to exhibit at the booth, just drop by with your printer.
If you need me during the faire my cell is: 650-704-3555

We automatically get 5 free passes [which are good for both days] and 2 free 1-day tickets.  I have requested 9 additional free passes, but will not know if I got those until Monday.  If someone can reserve the Techshop for Wed nite nad let me know, I will come by and distribute the passes/tickets.  If someone can not make it on Wed, I think I can get it to you electronically.

Two Questions:
1. How do we get in on Friday to setup?
2. How do we get the free pass.

Bill:

I can find out about getting in on Friday, but I did not think we needed to do that much to set up.  Just plugging in the laptops and printers?  I figured it would only take an hour on Sat morning, which is why the shift starts at 9am, but Maker Faire opens at 10am.

I will be at next Wed meeting with passes.  Will you be there?

We still need to park and haul our printers into the show.  What building are we in?  I will get there early on Sat.
I will be at the meeting Wed night in San Jose.
Bill Ruckman - do we have the meeting room next Wed night?

I do not have all of the info yet.  I promise I will bring all of the info to the meeting on Wed.

Lori,

Do we need to bring a chair or stool to sit on?

Thanks,
Ken

Just confirming I will be at the booth from 5pm to 9pm on Saturday.    I very well might be building a PrintrBot (simple?) at the booth.   :)

With your printer you could print a stool!

We will have a few chairs provided by Maker Faire and probably not enough room for more.  I am going to look at the booth tonight so I can give more info later.  Please see the new Email I forwarded today with a map for where to check in [Station # 2].  Our booth is #113, Expo Bldg, Northeast area.
