format of the Bay Area pop genetics meetings

Dear All--
The meeting will have a every simple and flexible format.
We will start with coffee at 9:30 AM. The talks will start at 10AM. We
will have roughly 6-7 talks, each 20-30 minute long with 15 minutes of
q/a. We will have a short break in the middle and then end with lunch
and look at posters. Should be done by early PM.
Important - please make sure your lab lets me know how many people are
coming. I am going to order coffee and food for lunch but only
according to the numbers that I will see in the google excel sheet.

Doubly important - let me know ahead of time if your lab wants to
present a poster. I would need to find poster boards etc for the
posters.
