mainsheet plate?

I am trying to update my mainsheet setup where it sheets from the center of the cockpit through a harken swivel base. 

I know Layline made the aluminum base plate that bolted through the harken traveler, but I believe they went out of business. Does anyone know of an alternative manufacture of this baseplate? I could fab one myself, but thats my plan b.

For what it's worth, I just did this upgrade last year and I had the plate fabricated - I couldn't find anything online, although I didn't do a very extensive search.
