Olson 25 '26-27 Midwinters

[Zachary Parisa]

Hi everyone,

Now that autumn is here and Nationals are behind us, it's time to turn our attention to the off-season Midwinters.

After discussing options with several fleet members, we are excited to rotate to the Golden Gate Yacht Club (GGYC) Seaweed Soup Regatta Midwinter Series this year along the cityfront.

Here is the schedule:

  - Race 1: 11/07/26
  - Race 2: 12/05/26
  - Race 3: 01/02/27
  - Race 4: 02/06/27
  - Race 5: 03/06/27

You can register HERE

If you've been thinking about racing with the fleet, this is a great series to get your keel wet. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns—I'm happy to help you get ready to join in the fun!

Best,

Zack
Falkor (hull #71)

[Maurice Quillen]

Maurice Quillen here staff Commodore for the Golden Gate Yacht Club and also 025 sailor looking forward to seeing the fleet on the starting line. If anyone needs berthing accommodations let me know and I can try to arrange for overnights post-race or pre race if needed.  Also want to let everyone know that we do a simple buffet lunch after the race at no charge and all the racers are welcome.

Sincerely Maurice
