Hey folks,

Juvenile Hall Mental Health Clinic is looking for someone to fill a
full time "extra help" position for the rest of the fiscal year and
possibly beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who
want to get a foot in the door with Santa Clara County Mental Health
Dept, and are willing to live with the uncertainty of a temporary
position in order to advance their career.

Juvenile Hall Mental Health Clinic provides mental health screenings
for all youth who are detained for more than 72 hours, and also
provides brief counseling for youth in custody on a voluntary basis.
We work closely with Probation, the Superior Court, DADS, and other
agencies as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This is an excellent
opportunity for anyone who wants to understand the broader system that
provides services to our youth in Santa Clara County. Some experience
is required, but the specific criteria are flexible.
