Limited seats available for BJCP Sensory session.

Thanks to a smaller than usual BJCP Class, I am happy to offer a limited number of seats for the Sensory Class to the local Homebrew clubs.

What is the Sensory class?  It’s approximately 28 samples of beer, tainted (or occasionally enhanced) with additives to mimic flavors frequently found in homebrew (and even commercial beers!) 12 are the BJCP Siebel Kit samples, and the remainder are flavors more easily reproduced.

Where: DeFalco’s Home Wine and Beer Supply - 9223 Stella Link, Houston, TX 77025

When: Sunday, June 30 - 4:15 to 6:15 (appx).

If you’re interested, I have about 12 seats open and the cost will be $20.00 to attend.  I will need an e-mail address and payment for the session to hold the seat.
