Honey vendors?

I need to buy a range of honey types for a mead class I am going to need to run… (Apparently I have a mead exam scheduled in October that I’d forgotten…) I know ya’ll have done it at least twice now and are the acknowledged mead authorities in the area… So where can I get a good selection of varietals without having to order 60 lb. buckets?
