Olivia Bello, a PhD candidate at Fordham University, is conducting an anonymous survey for her research on makerspace educators—those who lead, teach, support, or facilitate learning in makerspace environments.

While much of the existing research in maker education highlights makers and learners, very little examines the perspectives, priorities, and pedagogical practices of the educators who teach in these spaces. Your responses will help provide insight into makerspace educators and their teaching practices.
Bello said that the results, which should be available in 2026, will be shared with us.
