Sonic Soirees coming up again in March and April

Dear Friends:

I wanted to try some tentative dates on you for this Spring's Sonic Soirees. As some of you know, I have been hosting listening sessions the last five Springs, as a way to introduce freelancers to each other and offer inspiration. I teach radio and documentary studies at SFSU each Spring, while teaching in New Mexico in the fall.

I"ve been talking with Claire, who is willing to have the April (6) date at her studio in Berkeley; I would propose to get things going with a session in March (9) at my place in San Francisco, West Portal, where we met last year. I think 5-7pm would be a good time; and I'll be baking raspberry bars for my contribution. And offering wine.

Claire has suggested that we keep this to audio-only pieces, since that's AIR's primary focus and this is an event for the organization.

Do those dates work for you all ? We will have twelve slots in my place and 9 or 10 for the East Bay. Once I hear back from some of you, I'll approach those who contacted me over teh course of the year.
