Hello to my wonderful friends!

I am excited to announce the first Dalai Lama Foundation event to be held on Sunday, April 28th,1:30 to 5PM, at the Lucie Stern Community Center in Palo Alto. “The Spring Experience” is an interactive conference hosted by the DLF to cultivate peacefulness and inspiration and fun! Along with learning more about Foundation’s programs and the work of other inspiring organizations in our community, there will be wonderful music from a Grammy award winning musician, a brief meditation, art and fine tea!

The Foundation works to strengthen community by spreading active compassion through mindfulness, ethics, education and peace and to connect you to many different, creative and wonderful global programs and avenues.

There will be limited space at the event, so we encourage you to register to save a spot. And, please forward on to any of your friends who might be interested. Your action will inspire others. Thank you!
