One bedroom for rent by owner in a single family home in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. I am retired and occupy the other room but spend 11 months a year overseas or climbing in Yosemite and Mammoth. So even though this is a "room" for rent you will have the whole house to yourself most of the year.
House is unfurnished but has all the major appliances including washer and dryer. Garage and attic to store your portaledge, bicycles, kayak, wingsuit, etc. No pets. No smoking. No smoking pets.
Close to two BART stations (5 minute drive) and new Richmond ferry terminal to SF (10 min). On 31st Street, cross street Clinton. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Working fireplace - seriously cozy. New granite countertops. Solar panels..
