plans for participating in the 12/12 Port Shutdown?

Are folks planning to participate in the next Port Shutdown on Monday December 12th? Folks at the interfaith tent will be marching together, and might be a good set of people to hook up with (see details below). I'd love to meditate with others at Oscar Grant/Frank Ogawa Plaza in preparation for marching in the afternoon as well!

Would love to hear what others are thinking about participation!

Hi, dear Occupy Oakland Interfaith Coalition members,
 
I am writing to invite you and your faith community or organization
to participate with the Interfaith Tent @ Oakland in the shutdown of
West Coast ports next Monday, 12/12.
 
We will gather at two different times and locations and march as an
interfaith group within the larger march:
 
5:30am at the West Oakland BART station for the morning shift shutdown
3:30pm at the Frank Ogawa sculpture on Oscar Grant/Frank Ogawa Plaza
for the evening shift shutdown
 
If you are coming, and especially if you are willing to invite others
from your community, it would be helpful to have your information on
the Google doc below. if you can't access the document, just send me
your name, your phone number, your email address, and the name of
your faith community if you are reaching out to them.

Hi Brothers and Sisters, there will be a noon hour sitting meditation near the steps on the Tully's/Bart side of the Plaza. Thirty minutes with a brief stretch between the second thirty minutes.
