Workshop on Ogasawara (Nov. 15th--17th)

Hi everyone,

Here is information for the Ogasawara Workshops on November 15, 16 and 17.

Friday November 15 will focus on traditional Yabusame training and techniques on Mokuba (wooden Horse). It is open to all, no Yabusame or Kyudo experience necessary. 

• Posture and exercises for Japanese Saddle
• Handling of bow and arrows
• Shooting technique
• Practice on Mokuba
