This video records the presentation of Syrian Ambassador to UN to the Schiller Institute September 11 Memorial Conference on 14th September 2016. This was the eve of the 15th anniversary of the September 11th attacks and also the eve of the convening of the UN General Assembly, The Schiller Institute hosted this extraordinary conference in midtown Manhattan, New York, where the featured speakers of the conference, titled "Securing World Peace Through Embracing the Common Aims of Mankind", included Helga Zepp-LaRouche, EIR's Jeffrey Steinberg, former Attorney General Ramsey Clark, Virginia State Senator Richard Black, Permanent Representative to the United Nations from the Syrian Republic, Bashar Jaafari and U.S. Congressman Walter Jones.

Syrian Ambassador to UN Bashar Jafaari relates an amazingly unknown history that followed from the 11 September 2016 attack to the present day. He presents insider stories, like the revelation that the files of the UN investigation into Iraq's weapons of mass destruction have been officially sealed up for 60 years, and that when Jafaari was Syrian ambassador to Indonesia, the Saudi ambassador told him that his religious attache confided to him that since 1999 the rulers of Saudi Arabia spent 3 billion dollars per year in funding Wahabi imams to spread jihadi terrorist ideology in the poorest villages in Indonesia, that resulted in the Bali explosion and the Five Stars Hotels (Jakarta) explosions. He hopes that the victims of the September 11th attacks "will eventually be able to sue the royals of Saudi Arabia royally." Since the beginning of the Syrian crisis in 2011 the UN has repeated the principle of respecting the sovereignty of Syria, yet in October 2012 (5 months before the first toxic gas attack was used by the rebels in Syria) when Syrian opposition activists established in Turkey an Office of Documenting the Use of Chemical Weapons in Syria, the Organization of the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in the Hague endorsed this NGO as a consultative body on chemical weapons. After 18 Syrian soldiers were suffocated by chemical gas, al-Jazeera claimed that the Syrian Army was responsible, and simultaneously a series of other chemical gas attacks occurred in Syria. UN Investigation Committee member Carla Del Ponte said it was the armed opposition who had used the chemical weapons and she was immediately fired from her job. Eight hours after a chemical weapons attack occurred on 21 August 2013 Jafaari went to Ban Ki-Moon for help in verification and identifying the perpetrators, and it took the security council 4 month to send an investigation team, but they said the identity of the perpetrators was not going to be part of the investigation results. When the investigators arrived to investigate the gas attack in Aleppo, another chemical gas attack (later reported to have been organised by the French Foreign Minister Lauren Fabius) suddenly occurred in Damascus, and this diverted the attention of the investigators from the original investigation in Aleppo. Bashar Jafaari said these insights have never been aired before in the West because whenever Jafaari takes the microphone on such matters all the Western reporters leave the room!
