WiderCircle is a mission-driven startup whose goal is to help adults 60+ find and build new relationships in order to alleviate loneliness, boost health and age with grace. They have a really solid founding team and an amazing mission.
They are currently looking for a Volunteer Services and Events Manager. Ideally, they are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and the ability to wear many hats in a startup environment. This person should have experience planning/calendaring events and building a volunteer network.

Job Summary
Volunteer Services and Events Manager
There is not a formal JD, but this person will be responsible for the following:
- Planning/coordinating events and venues for chapter meetings for seniors groups.
- Creating a calendar of events and publishing it both digitally and traditionally.
- Building and managing a volunteer base that can provide additional opportunities for senior social events.
- Creating content for facilitated senior meeting groups.
