The Marine Mammal Center is seeking a passionate, caring, and professional Volunteer Engagement Manager to support and engage the Center’s 1200 volunteers and the staff who work with and manage this incredible community. The Marine Mammal Center is a nonprofit veterinary research hospital and educational center dedicated to ocean conservation and the rescue and rehabilitation of ill and injured marine mammals - primarily elephant seals, harbor seals, and California sea lions. Since 1975, we've been headquartered in Sausalito, CA in the Marin Headlands and have rescued and treated more than 20,000 marine mammals.

The Oil and Wildlife Care Network at the UC Davis Wildlife Health Center is currently recruiting for their Wildlife Responder Specialist position. This position will provide the vision and oversight for the OWCN’s volunteer program, will work with the OWCN Management Team to coordinate the training and tracking of all OWNC spill responders (staff and volunteers), and will fill either the Volunteer Coordinator and/or Staffing Coordinator role during oil spills in California.
