Hey BAVAN members,

A similar group is starting up in Marin.  If you are in the area and can join this meeting, it could be a good opportunity.

Good morning!

You are receiving this email because you are listed as an Agency Manager on CVNL’s Volunteer Portal.

We have an exciting new affinity group geared towards volunteer managers and coordinators who want a safe space to candidly share the good and the bad of volunteer management. The LOV group provides an opportunity for professional development and networking amongst fellow volunteer management professionals. We will be inviting experts to facilitate informative discussions and learn best practices in the field of volunteerism.

Please register here to become a member! …or just come check it out!

First Meeting is FREE!

Friday, August 31, 2018 at 11:30am-1:00pm

65 Mitchell Blvd, Suite 101, San Rafael

TOPIC: How to Manage Difficult Volunteers

Come share your stories about the most difficult volunteers in a safe space with your peers of volunteer engagers! We will meet and greet, share our stories, then facilitate an informative discussion on how to manage those volunteers. And of course, we will have fun. Feel free to bring your lunch. Snacks, coffee, and tea provided.

Hope to see you there!
